Indian Registration Administration
The Indian Registration Administration Department is where First Nations clients can register births, deaths, marriages and also to obtain their Certificate of Indian Status and Secure Certificate of Indian Status cards
T8TA’s Indian Registry Administrator, Alison Manitowabi, assists clients with the registration and application processes.
Registration Applications and Guarantor Declaration Forms:
For persons 16 years of age and older
For person 15 years of age and younger or Dependent Adults
Secure Certificate of Indian Status Application (10 year status card) and Guarantor Declaration Forms:

Indian Registry Administration Fee
To aid in the rising costs of supplies for IRA services, Treaty 8 Tribal Association will be applying a $20.00 administration fee to all IRA services for clients outside of the Association member bands. This fee will be applied to the following, but not limited to:
- All applications – Registration, CIS, SCIS, and Indian Registry System amendments and events.
- All Status Card issuance – CIS and SCIS.
